Stronger to become more competitive. This is the spirit that has led CTE in the reorganization initiative which has recently been announced by the owners.
The most important change is the radical restructuring of Customer Service, which will be centralized in the Rovereto (TN) plant, already equipped with a Call Center staffed by engineers dedicated to customers, to which will be added further mobile units, i.e. equipped vans intended for service on site. In addition to direct customer service operated by CTE, our customers may rely on more authorized workshops that will extensively serve Northern Italy, thus replacing the existing service points of Dolo (VE) and S. Giuliano (MI).
Marketing and sales functions will be brought together in the Rovereto headquarters, while the Engineering Department will be enhanced and located in the Bertinoro (FC) site, where all designing and manufacturing operations of the CTE brands will be concentrated (without prejudice to the management and coordination functions which will remain in the headquarters of the Trentino region).
The manufacturing department of Rovereto will on the contrary be dedicated to the assembly of cranes for lorries carrying the EFFER brand (which is part of CTE group as from 2005), thereby freeing important resources for the development of new models in the EFFER manufacturing site just opened in Minerbio (BO).

Another important step in CTE Group strategy, which started five years ago with the acquisition of Effer Holding and Bizzocchi Srl, and has led the Italian group to become one of the most prominent companies in the lifting industry. And our determination to implement these strategies is also proved by an important capital increase which has taken place in the past days within CTE SpA and EFFER SPA, the two main operating companies in the Group, for 3.5 million euros, is which designed to further strengthen our facilities.
