CTE goes where customer's can't!

Computer links between company branches and authorized after-sales service centres ensures prompt service in Italy and the rest of the world. Our after-sales service avails of more than 30 specialized technicians who work with the support of over 20 travelling repair trucks, fully equipped with original spare parts. All CTE after-sales service centres offer the following services:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Upon signing of the contract, periodic inspection and testing required by law and carried out by the manufacturer is scheduled· reports of inspections and checks on cables are kept, in compliance with legal requirements for certification of the state of repair of cables of machinery used in the removals sector
