People, values, innovation and passion are represented in a new video that develops through a common thread that connects the various areas of the company.
Institutional videos are unique opportunities to show the heart of a company: the people who make it up, the common goals, the shared values, the driving passion and the constant search for innovation are the themes that CTE has enclosed in its new video. On the occasion of its 40th anniversary, a sign that sanctioned this important stage could not be missing, and the new video is a milestone.
Conceived following a common thread that connects some of its departments, the underlying story takes place between the Rovereto headquarters and the Rivoli Veronese production site.
The main voices are those of the founders, Mr Lorenzo Cipriani and Mr Giampaolo Piovan, of the HR manager Mrs Sofia Cipriani, of the Marketing manager Mrs Alessandra Mainini, of the Product Innovation manager Mr Roberto Berritta, and of the Sales Director Mr Marco Govoni.
Their voices narrate in unison the values and objectives of the company, starting from a first concept: “CTE means passion, innovation and competence”.
The main topics of the company are then examined in depth, such as attention to employee well-being (Family Audit certification), the strong drive for innovation, the particular care dedicated to all processes and projects that involve customers, safety of products, the large network of dealers located all over the world and the constant desire to exceed market expectations.
The video will be published on all the company’s communication tools, starting from the website and social channels.
