The standard one-year warranty on products manufactured by CTE SpA (truck-mounted platforms and tracked platforms) can be extended to a second year free of charge by activating it within 30 days of the date shown on the platform delivery form (Form 218.03).
The warranty extension follows the purchased vehicle, even in the event of sale of the vehicle.

WHAT TO DO TO MAINTAIN IT
The guarantee provided by CTE SpA on all products, with reference to the Guarantee Certificate mod. 217.03, is subject to regular and exact observance of the ordinary maintenance plan described in the user manual of the machine, for the entire duration of the warranty itself, whether standard or extended. Failure to comply with maintenance entails the automatic termination of the warranty, its non-operation and the Buyer’s forfeiture of the right, with consequent inability to benefit from the warranty extension, even if already requested and paid for.
Ordinary maintenance must necessarily be carried out at an Authorized CTE Center which will record such maintenance on a dedicated CTE portal.
