CTE start to distribute POWER TOWER in Italian market

CTE SpA has just signed an exclusive distribution agreement with specialist UK low-level access manufacturer Power Towers Ltd. Power Towers manufactures what has now become one of the market leading ranges of low-level powered access machines.

What is low-level access? In the UK the definition usually means access to working heights up-to 5m. Typical applications are Mechanical and Electrical work on construction, refurbishment or maintenance work on multi-storey commercial or retail developments, hospitals, schools etc..
In the UK powered low-level access has replaced and is replacing traditional scaffold towers, podium steps, platform steps, step ladders and heavier larger scissor lifts.
The market has grown and is growing strongly as contractors learn that it is not only safer to use powered it is more productive, A recent large efficiency study in the UK carried out by an international construction company (Laing O’Rourke) found that using powered low level products was both safer and up to 5 time faster than traditional methods. The UK population of powered low-level access products is approx. 7000 units.(this number excludes traditional electric scissors, Genie runabout type machines and Genie type personnel lifts).
This growth has all happened since 2005. The POWER TOWER range has already gained an excellent reputation for quality, robustness and reliability.
